Heather came to us when our youngest child was 3 months old. It’s hard to put into words just how extraordinary Heather is, she has been so much more than a nanny to Elodie and our family. From the very beginning, she has felt like part of our family, and we often say that she is truly Elodie's best friend.

She has a natural, almost magical way with children, she is calm, patient, and deeply attuned to their emotions and needs. Our home, when she’s here, is filled with this beautiful sense of peace, sometimes I barely hear a sound when they're playing downstairs, not because they're inactive, but because everything is so calm and respectful. Her ability to help Élodie regulate emotions, to follow her lead, and to create a world where she feels safe, heard, and respected is something truly special.

She never rushes, never forces, every outing, every activity is done on Elodie's terms, and with such warmth and joy. She has a gift for forming genuine connections and always treats children as equals — with a level of respect, empathy, and understanding that I've never seen in any other caregiver.

For me as a mother, she has been a source of support and comfort. Her kind, soothing voice and her ability to listen with real empathy have made such a difference in our lives.
